We had a couple of business meetings and this hotel had the best all around prices. Appears to be a newer/upgraded Comfort Suites. Service was friendly and efficient. My room was large, clean and modern. I'd stay here again.

Visiting friends in the area and we needed a place to stay with our kids. Our room was well equipped with two comfortable beds as well as a pull out sofa bed which was suitable for our light weight 8 year old daughter. The larger beds were super comfortable and I am picky! :) The room had a fridge and microwave and coffee maker and a small counter with a sink. This was perfect for our purposes of eating a few meals in the room to economize. The breakfast offerings were perfect and one morning there were fluffy scrambled eggs! The second morning there were steamed eggs that resembled the ones in little toy kitchens, but nevertheless, the oatmeal was hot and there was a waffle iron to make fresh waffles. All in all, it was a good choice and a great value for our family.

Our Senior Softball League booked fifteen rooms at this Comfort Suites in Cary, for our annual three day State Tournament. . We all had a comfortable stay here, with no complaints. The rooms, elevators, breakfast area, and lobby were all kept clean and neat. The hotel staff was very personable and professional.
The breakfast was excellent and even had omelets For the price paid this hotel was a very good choice. We will be booking it again for next year.

Disappointed... as soon as we walked into the hotel.
The front desk clerk was nowhere to be found. After a few minutes of waiting, a line began to form behind us with other guests waiting to check in. We should have known this was a bad omen.
Our room as well as the whole hotel was very tired and in need of an update. Our towels had holes in them . The carpet in the hallway and our room was soiled and very worn. The walls need repainting and had cracks in them. The elevators were dirty and in need of a good cleaning. Plus, our room had not had the trash emptied from a prior guest.
Overall, I would not recommend.

Great room and very clean. Front desk clerk Brittney was of great help and very nice. She helped me at a time of distress. We were to stay the week before and I ended up in the hospital..She was very kind to let me stay the next week with no penalty . Thanks to here it made my trip comforting. Thanks Brittney.
