Stayed here with a couple friends after a concert. Room was huge, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was okay. The only complaint is the shower. Easily the worst I’ve ever “tried” to use. There was zero pressure.. imagine watering your flowers. Other than that it was a fine stay for the price.

We enjoyed our stay at Comfort Suites. It was a last minute decision and a late reservation. Clean and quiet place to stay. We were only there for one night but, enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was very good and there were several options

Needed a place to stay as we were passing through on a trip to Georgia. The front desk attendant was nice and got us through the check in process pretty quickly.
The room was just okay. There were some elements that made the stay a little less than comfortable. For example the curtains in the room were filthy. That may seem like a small detail but it was enough to make me question the cleanliness of the rest of the room and things that may have been neglected that i could not see. The shower rod was barely hanging from the wall. I felt unsafe to take a shower so i chose to hold off until i got to my destination in Georgia. We arrived fairly late and had not planned on staying more than one night so it was a tolerable stay and served it's purpose i guess. This is by far not quality that I am used to when staying in a hotel.
I DO NOT think that room was worth over $100 a night.

The events I was going to were in downtown Charlotte, but the hotels in downtown are expensive plus you have to pay extra for parking. Comfort Suites University is a 10-minute drive to downtown at a lower price and parking is free. My room was clean and modern with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. It is set far back from the road so you don't have to deal with vehicle noise. The distance from the road makes it hard to find on your first approach to the hotel. There is an inconspicuous, small sign for the hotel posted below the Enterprise Car Rental sign. You'll probably miss it the first time and have to turn around. There are many restaurants a mile or less from the hotel but I would not recommend walking. The street is not pedestrian friendly. If I have another event in Charlotte, I will probably stay at this hotel again.

Stayed here for a night with my wife and we had a great stay.
Staff are very friendly.
The location is close to a bunch of restaurants and shopping,which was handy for my wife.
Pool was closed for the season, but that is normal down here. Even though the weather is almost better than our summer back home.
I'd stay again.
