Work took me to the Concorde last month. It is a nice older hotel, but unfortunately, it has seen better days. Management has decided to save money on maintenance, and they have done this slowly but steadily over the years. Therefore, it needs attention. If you see it getting a facelift, watch for a reopening because it will be wonderful, but until then, you can find better in KL.

Beautiful hotel very friendly staff who are quite helpful and kind. Its reasonably priced considering what it offers. I have hayfever and i always have issues with carpeted rooms but i never had any issues the whole 10days.Their restaurant offers a wide variety of food. You will be spoiled for choice with their buffets. It is within walking distance to the twin towers and you can have a good view of the towers from the swimming pool. Many restaurants and bars within walking distance. I enjoyed my stay

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights to attend a friend's wedding at the same hotel. Good location, big rooms, reception staffs were polite, and breakfast was not bad. Only complain was the wifi, super slow. I would expect something better for a hotel at this class. Btw, I was staying in room 601 if location of the room matter.

I have stayed at Concorde KL last year during on my business trips. One of the best properties in KL to stay for business purpose or even for vacations. One of the best thing about the hotel is its location & proximity to restaurants/shops. Bukit bintang or Petronas is not far away and its walking distance. Moreover, monorail station is next to hotel entry which gives good connectivity to entire city at cheaper rate. I would suggest this hotel for its location & facilities.

Melting pot staff are not friendly but reception staff are very polite.Melting pot staff should be attend more intensive customer training because those customer come and atau in Concorde Hotel Modelu is business man.
