We had a sales meeting with dinner and stay-over. Meetingrooms are very good, and the view is nice. Rooms are nice and clean. Restaurant is also quite good. The hotel is situated in very beautiful surroundings. Can be recommended!

The hotel staff are really nice and very accommodating. If I will be grading the customer service, I will give 5 stars. Thumbs up. The food were also nice and sumptuous. The surrounding of the hotel is very nice too. When I went out in the morning, the view of the sky and the forest and the water was great. 👌
It's just that I find the room a little gloomy. (I am not sure if it's because I was given a room located far at the corner). Also, an insect bit me while I was asleep. I am not sure if it is a mosquito or a bug. I also think, they need to update the rooms to make it more inviting. 😊

As the headline says, it's a great place and with a few improvements it can get the top score.
The location is just great, with a great view over the fjord, if you have a room on the right side of the building. Very calm surroundings and you can find nice areas around.
The rooms have enough space but can be a little dark due to poor lighting. There are a few things one could benefit from knowing. Rooms are not very soundproof, so you may hear noise from neighbors or people passing on the street outside. Beds are softer than I have experienced in other hotels. And the mirror is placed IN the wardrobe, which is a somewhat odd solution. Also, having a glass surface on the desk makes it hard to work on your laptop with an optical mouse... funny detail but kind of annoying. However, these are minor setbacks. Rooms are clean as well as the bathrooms. In all very satisfying.
Food and drinks are in general of high quality and they have a biodynamic focus, which is very appreciated. E.g. You won't find orange juice here since it consumes enormous amounts of fresh water in order to produce only small amounts of juice. The range on the breakfast buffet could be wider according to me, but the home made marmalades makes up for it, also the home baked pastry.
Staff in general are very service oriented and friendly. Just as one could expect. One or two experiences at lunch was perhaps somewhat bad, but anyone can have a bad day. All other experiences were just great.
The hotel has a lot of great facilities, like fitness room and a big spa. If you prefer running or walking, the neighborhood offers a few good routes.
In all a very good experience and with a few adjustments, the rating will be the top score.

Me and my husband have just spend a w.end and I can totally recommend the hotel. the building is huge with many blocks and the perfect surround over the water and in a fantastic park.
We booked an early check in and the "spa room" which i think it was perfect, because it is really close to the spa area and you can just leave your room with the robe.
The room was nice and scandinavian still (which i love) with a terrace door to the park, no carpet but food floor, which is great for my allergy as well.
The spa was very nice and luckily not that crowd when we were there... the breakfast was fantastic, from organic fresh home made juices to bread, homemade hazelnuts spread, to organic coffe. You can choose your own coffe .. even if you are a veg as me, you find plenty of great alternative and you will not leave with en empty tommy.
we had a quick lunch at the restaurant and the sandwich was very good.. unfortunately we didn't stay for dinner as, we booked a restaurant in Vejle.
I am planning to coming back :)

If you are looking for a good place for a weekend this hotel is a great choice!
Situated near the water surrounding with the nice nature ,offering the spa,indoor sweeping pool and outdoors jacuzzi here you can really rest.
For me very important is a good food . I can say the breakfast here is simply amazing!!!! Everything what you wish is there, fresh and ecological products. You can't stop eating and everything is delicious. Big compliments for a waitress ( with a very blonde hair) before they start to clean up the breakfast she came to us and ask if we are wishing to eat more because they are starting to clean up the buffet. Really great service!!!!
