I wasfor 2 Night in THIS hotel.ITwas not Good HOTEl and it is POOr HOTEl afterDILIVERy THe ROOm I SAw THe DIPOSIt BOx WAs NOt WORKINg THATs Why I CALled 2 TIMES RECEPtionNto fix it But THEy didntT PAy ATTENtion.The BREAKFAst WAs VERy poor. wifi was very weakly.ONLy The sea VIEw ROOMs HAd VERy GOOd view.

This hotel is old so it the staff. Rooms are pretty retro. The bathroom was not very clean and the bed was old. Drinks at the bar where funny. Drafted beer looked like still water en the snacks with it . Oke it was food. The car park was for free. This hotel needs a up lift

Views from rooms at the front of the hotel are amazing. Location is excellent - only 10 minutes walk from restaurants and bars.
Free wifi throughout, and I was given a voucher for a welcome drink.
Huge choice at breakfast. Staff very pleasant and polite.
The place does need a bit of a refresh, but I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again

The hotel location is great. The view of the lake is magnificent, if you get a room on the lake side. The room I had was neither outdated nor updated. It looks like the hotel was at some point equipped with key-card entry system but they are non-functional. Staff is super friendly. Breakfast is included and is the same as most of the hotels (sweets, croissants, cereals, bread, fruits, etc.). The only downside I found to the hotel is that next to it is La Rocca (night club) and on fridays and saturdays you can hear the music pretty loud until 2-3 am, but it did not bother me since I was working night shift. Big parking. Small walk to the port and city center (10 mins).

The position of this hotel is fantastic.perfect views of the lake,especially from the breakfast restaurant.easily accessible to arona city..great location for walking...there are also very good rates..a lake view room is a must
