Goodness me, potentially the worst hotel we have stayed in for noise. Literally all night doors slamming and people shouting and somebody throwing up outside our window!!
The bathroom was filthy and needs a massive update as did the rest of the room.
Bedding was clean and beds fairly comfortable.
A good walk to find somewhere to eat, we got a cab back for 13€, he did go around the block a few times - our youngest son even commented on this.
Sven on reception was extremely friendly and helpful.

Condo Gardens is apartments rather than a hotel, Check in and check out are the only time when there is anyone to speak to on site, The room was ok but several little things spoilt it only 3 cups for 4 of us , light bulbs out and an empty can under one of the beds! Having said that we had 4 beds as required that were clean and comfortable, 2 sofas a table and chairs as well as a kitchenette. for a short self catering break it would be ok. 5 mins walk to nearest tram stop €6.00 for day ticket ( Valid to 02.39 next day ) or 15 min walk to Centraal Station Area 20 mins Groot Markt and Cathedral.but I get the feeling it is just milked for maximum returns. For €12.00 we were offered breakfast delivered to the room but better options are available 5 min away in the local market square. There is no parking and you have to pay at the meter in the street about €12.00 per day ( Free after 19.00 and all day Sunday ) It was not a disaster but could have been so much better, on the plus side Sven on the desk was friendly and helpful and went someway to mitigating the negatives. Maybe we just had the wrong apartment on the wrong day, but it was Ok.

A room on the first floor was big enough, a bed was very comfortable. All equipment and furniture were very simple, but good enough. There were kitchen and ironing facilities.I could feel myself like at home.

good and reasonable rates, centrally located, very friendly reception, sometimes a little bit noisy at night. a Lidl not far away to buy something to eat. Difficult with the parking situation but you can find a place

We got this condo when we lost a day before our booking with our first hotel in the city center . With evety hotel in the city center sold out, we had no choice but to get this condo. We got a unit big enough for us with 4 beds, with sala, kitchen, toilet/bath, dining table and clothes cabinet. Unlike in hotels, no complimentary breakfast here. This is a bit far- 15-20 minute walk to the central station. Grocery stores are far. Bath towels are a bit old. The reception staff is kind and helpful.
