Stayed 1 week with Saga in this first class hotel. I greatly admire the hotel ethos in regard to the less fortunate people suffering disabilities, and I applaud them for this.
I had a very good room on the top floor, with excellent views. The maid service very good and my only critique is of the bolster type pillows which could not be changed when I requested this. However the room was fine in all other respects. I am particularly noise aware at sleep time, and was not too disturbed.
The hotel was extremely busy, but with good planning I always found space. The buffet food was well cooked and plenty of choice, and lots of fresh fruit every mealtime.
I found the staff cheery and helpful,though mostly Spanish speaking, but extremely attentive to requests.
The hotels location is very well situated, with wonderful cliff and beach walks, some steps down to the beach which some guests may find a challenge, but worth the effort.
No local public transport, so it's car hire or taxi I'm afraid.
I stayed with the Saga company on an all inclusive package, and to any prospective Saga travellers I highly commend both the hotel and Nikki the Saga rep, she is a delightful person in every way.
Will have no hesitation in returning next year.

One night stay at this property. Nice hotel very close to the beach. Staff is great and that makes all the difference. Excellent Buffet breakfast with lots of variety. Special thanks to Sr Javier at the reception. He is funny and welcoming.

We have spend a week in this amazing place.Hotel is simple,small rooms and bathroom,no water in the room but here is the best sunset I have ever seen.Restaurant was excellent,huge variety of meals,drinks.fruits,desserts!High level chef!!!
Other thing that people dont speak English and poor amimation,other thing is great!I am fully happy that could spend that time there,beach is clean.Ocean is wavy,specially after lunch time and rather cool,but after 5 min jumping in the water,you used to water!

Big rooms, very good views, excellent breakfast and good food.
To improve: very small wardrobes, too noisy restaurant, pillows could be better.
It is an excellent choice for families, that is why if you are a couple or a family with grown up kids you will find it too noisy at meal times. I have never seen so many babies and toddlers in a hotel in my life (and I travel a lot). The whole experience good anyway and I recommend the hotel.

Stayed 3 nights in room 1133. Most of the other guests were Spanish families so lots of kids around. Comfortable beds and good shower. Excellent breakfast choices. Reception staff were lovely and could not have been more helpful. Plenty of loungers and a good size pool for a swim. 20 min run to the lighthouse above Conil harbour, and a well equipped small gym. We were happy to stay here and would happily stay here again.
