i endorse the comments about the hotel made by others. Just to mention its very close to bus stops including the free one to and from the station ( passing the historic centre also), and other buses are extremely cheap 1 euro to stes Maries and 1.75 to Nimes. A lively market outside on saturdays beware if you have a car!

Hotel is nice... Clean ... Shows a lot of pride and care from the owners. Room was good.. remodeled while keeping the old charm. It's got history and is steps from old town. Everything you want to see is walkable. We found free parking pretty consistently.
Breakfast .. well worth the 8euros is great great fresh breads... 4 kinds plus meats and cheeses and wonderful fresh fruits yogurt. They spoiled my 17 y.o. son with "the best juice and hot chocolate". Oh and the preserves for the bread were home made. Strawberry, fig and banana/lemon I think. Just wonderful.
Owners are very amenable... Speak English well. And Helpful. Got some tips in where to park for free at Au Baux castle . Etc. Most other patrons were French... Which we enjoyed at breakfast.. feels like you are part if the culture if that makes sense. Only downside for some might be no elevator but highest room is 2 flights. For me it was the best of France and enjoyed our 2nights there.

We stayed 3 nights at this charming hotel. Its a small hotel with a caring, friendly, and helpful owner. The owner simply makes you feel at home. The only problem if you are driving and using a GPS is that we had trouble finding the place. Its location is within easy walking distance to the town center and all of the major tourist and restaurant sites. You can find parking around the hotel. The owner provides on-site parking for 10 euros per day. Rooms are comfortable. No elevator so ask for a room close to the ground floor if you have lots of luggage. Breakfast was more than adequate with great coffee and lots of choices of breakfast goodies. The Proprietor makes this hotel a thumbs up.

The Hotel Constantin is a lovely hotel overlooking a stream close to the centre of Arles. It is quiet and very comfortable. The Proprietor is very friendly, helpful and kind. I would recommend this hotel as being an ideal place to lay ones head when visiting Arles.

in the heart of Arles within an easy walk everywhere . This is a modest place but very convenient and very reasonable priced. The owner Patrick, goes out of his way to be helpful from providing tips on where to have dinner to where find a free parking spot for your car ( our case) which in Arles is not simple.
We had a room on the 3rd floor with a view to a garden. Nice and comfortable.
The breakfast just excellent. We will make sure to stop here on our next visit to Arles,
