Twice stayed at this Place, Very Nice to stay for family. Tasted Morning breakfast is nice, Center of Madikeri. Rooms & Bathrooms are clean & Nice. Hotel Staffs are very cooperative. Rates are affordable. Limited Parking place.

1. Near to main bus stand. On the race course road.
2. Book first floor rooms. If you are a family or group of 5/6 then this is a nice place for budget stay. Just have the premium package where you will have to whole first floor with 2 DBR, 1 SBR with attached toilet plus the drawing & Dining.
3. Staff are very polite and helpful. They can suggest nice restaurants or arrange foods from nearby places. Mr. Anup helped us a lot.
4. Veg breakfast is complementary.
5. Rooms are standard, well prepared but maintenance should be improved.

dont book this through travel guru ..they chits online customer..i booked for two days in coorg shell through travel guru . before booking i called them to cnfirm availablity by .they confirmed and told me to go ahead after that i booked and recived the booking voucher . i made then all journey tkts . but when i called the property they told they have not confirmed my booking to travel guru as the rooms were sold almost two months back !! . understand how TG chited ..! even after 7 days still money has not been refunded.

food all veg , u can order from out side non veg food , MR. VENKATESH is god service

We made a booking for a couple of days in this place via MakeMyTrip which offered the best deal on the same.
Location of this place is around 10 min walk from KSRTC bus station in Madikeri. It is not a forest or plantation stay but enough and centrally located within the town.
The manager was kind enough to offer a early check-in.
The rooms of this place are cosy and nice.
Staff is warm and helps in arranging and sightseeing or recommendations for a must visit place.
Cons- they could improve on their bathroom hygiene where bindis and stickers pasted on the walls and mirrors aren't removed (gives a very feeling as if I'm staying in a lodge).
