Pros: the location can't be beat. The vibe is awesome, great heated seating out front. The bar is pretty bumping, goes till 5am. The rooms were comfortable. If you buy the breakfast, it is unlimited, and the assortment is pretty great.
Cons: the second floor showers are AWFUL. No temperature control, only lukewarm / cold. C'mon guys, gotta fix those...The shared dinner was typically pretty lame, not much substance.

The prices to spend the night are incredibly cheap, the staff was really helpful and nice to me and the location is also good.
I liked the atmosphere also, met some good people the two nights I stayed over there.
Happy hour is a very good deal for the ones who like to drink and their breakfast is also worth it.
Anything else sold separately was a bit expensive (like coffee or tea), but it's easy to find cheaper options in a walking distance from there.
I definitely recommend

Really enjoyed this hostel. It's got a great bar/cafe on the ground floor that was cool to hang out in. The rooms are great - I stayed in an 8 bed mixed dorm and the bunks are really good (pretty firm) and the lockers are nice and big spaces under the bed.
My only complaints are the bathrooms - only 2 showers and 3 toilets on my floor - not enough for the numbers. And they weren't clean and 2 of the 3 doors had broken locks. Also you have to keep logging in to the wifi - but the wifi is good.
Despite this I would definitely stay again.

It is a probably a great hostel if you go to copenhagen to party, get trashed and sleep between 6am and noon, but otherwise it has some stuff to rethink: the hostel bar seems very lively, a lot is going on in there which is cool but the soundproofing is basically inexistant: we could hear the bass from the rooms on the 5th floor. The reception in the bar may be the worst idea I've ever seen in a hostel, at late arrivals you just hang out with your big suitcase on the bar's dance floor like an idiot, waiting for them to be ready to check you in, and then you don't hear what the staff is explaining because of the music. The bathrooms are kind of clean but always wet, no matter what time of the day or night. But the rooms are ok, the location is actually great, less than 5 minutes from nytorg, christianborg and the radhus and the breakfast is really worth it. And there are activities every night, cool for socializing. Would recommend only if you know what you're getting into.
