Staff were friendly and welcoming, room had very dull view of 'internal void' but there again I didn't specifically book a Tivoli view room. Hot water pressure wasn't great and bathroom was in need of ...'refreshing', but not too bad. Great position for Tivoli and station.

A fantastic hotel with wonderfully friendly helpful staff and great location beautiful interior very nostalgic nice sized rooms with great views.Next door to both Tivoli gardens and central train station and 2 minutes walk to main shopping area

Hotel is close to Main Train Station. Single room is very very small. Staff not very cooperative. Would not recommend for first timers to Copenhagen. Breakfast is okay, just regular. Would not stay here again.

Great location, across from TiVo,I Gardens and around the corner from the main train station. Everything is within walking distace. Room was spacious, bathroom very old, no grab bars and deep bathtub. Housekeeping poor especially the bathroom.

It's a very charming old hotel in a perfect location, right next to the central train station and Tivoli. My room was big and clean. The bed was fine, not the best bed I've slept in but good, bathroom was roomy, the bathroom interiors have had a better time, but they were really ok. I like that my room had weights so I could exercise in my room, but the hotel also has a small gym with the most essential things. The library bar is nice and the breakfast is good.
