Club rooms with balcony very quiet and pleasant. Golfing facilities for those that want them. Usually plenty of adequate parking except, perhaps, when an 'event' is being staged at the venue. Suits us very well!

Check all documentation at reception check in and check out. Paid for stay by cash and hotel also debited our bank account!! No satisfaction when rang from overseas. No manager on duty at the time either to assist call. Nightmare to deal with. Bank sorting same but the way we were treated no further visits to hotel!

Staff were excellent, and the room and bed were large and well appointed. Some parts of corridors were looking a little tired, and drinks prices were on the high side, though no doubt par for hotels in this part of the country. Overall I can recommend this hotel with confidence.

Hotel excellent - some of the waiting staff were not up to standard. Reception was pleasant and the room was fine, although we had upgraded to club. We had a good night's sleep and our stay, overall, was very nice.
