Extremely customer friendly staff, Clean rooms and good service. Restaurant menu options are limited and very few staffs can speak in English. Hence communication for non Arabic and french speakers is bit difficult

Great hotel in a nicely quiet area. Staff were pleasant and very supportive. It was Ramadan during my visit and was impressed by their responsiveness. Just found it a bit overpriced compared to general prices in Tunis. Gym equipment are a bit basic..some weights and a cross trainer will be good.

The receptionist was unhelpful , I waited more than 40 minutes in the lobby to get my room and after all this I found the maid still in the room, it's not much with my expectation. The restaurant staff were very polite as well as the porters.

The hotel is very well maintained and the room is clean, confortable and has all what is needed during your stay except an iron to quickly press your clothes if needed, however, the laundry service is good and timely. The breakfast is really good and healthy. The staff is very friendly and they provide professional services. The location is also an advantage. I enjoyed staying in that hotel and will go back if will visit Tunis again.

The hotel is fairly new and service is very good and professional. The suite that I had was big (bedroom, spacious bathroom and setting area with a small, but fully equipped, kitchenette) so it can easily accommodate a small family. The free wifi was reasonably fast and food was OK. Now for the cons, there is no place in this area (Le Bergres de Lac 2) including the hotel that serves alcohol so get your own booze also there is a lot of construction near and around the hotel but not that noisy. Finally, the gym was in a really tiny room (smaller than a bedroom) with only 4 cardio machine in it!!
