visited for a business trip and enjoyed my stay.The manager Paul is good and made us comfortable as i had my family with me.He was very polite and professional.
The rooms are good and liked the service.Very good staff there who r ready to help and make u comfortable...will surely visit again

There is a high security threat in this Hotel. They gave no key to us and they never changed our rooms. We booked one month in advance. People stay away from this hotel. Their smart key locks aren’t working. They have a common manual key for all the rooms. They won’t give any key to you. Wifi doesn’t work. Hot water doesn’t come. What else you expect from a hotel room. Stay away from this hotel. Worst experience ever had.

I stay three night.this is the fantasty placed for couple. Staffs are very good and helpful.. We don't have any problem. We enjoyed the hotel when staying this place..
Food is good..
Service also very good.
Room sizes was small but net and clean. And we'll maintain..
And some room decision manager. He is basically from north, he is very very good for Co-ordinate and helping..
When I see this hotel from out side.. I am not happy but when I entry this hotel I impressed the behavior of front desk staff.
Really I telling this is the best hotel in my life..
I like this hotel.. I will return come and stay next time also. And I recommend to all people please go to this hotel and stay...

The room was good. The check in experience wasn't good. We had a early check in at 0530 hours and sure enough we got a call from the front desk at 0615 hrs saying that because we have done an early check-in the difference in tariff should be pad immediately which we did. The room service and housekeeping was good enough.
The food was very good. Except for the check in experience everything else was good.
All future travelers remember - THE WI-FI SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.

I must say having lunch or dinner in kudla. Reminds me about the home town... Being mangalorian u must have food in kudla.... Service was excellent... By Mr bablu very courteous staff helpfull...... Over all experience lovely.....
