Rooms are somewhat ok. service is reasonably good. Arrangements for safari made. On the first day, there was a delay in getting vehicles resulting in one group was forced to opt of landscape tour. On the second day, we could cite a tiger besides deer. elephant safari.. Wonder why do they torture these animals. Just to make it to move, the mahout keeps on pushing its head and kicking it. There is not enough lighting in the room to read.

Poor Hospitality and Service

It was a corporate tour of Jim Corbett. We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. This was worst experience of my life. Location was good, resort was also good but hotel service was very poor. No sufficient staff to handle corporate groups. Food was average. Room temperature was fixed @ 29 degree Celsius. No room service even after calling reception their was no reaction. Bar service was also poor. Hotel manager was not turn up to resolve the issues. I would never visit to Anand Aamod.

what i define,you just check the pictures of 4 Star property ,after that you decide its 4 star or some budgeted hotel,Room No 203,poor room ,dirty toilet,its look like public toilet,i pay for some gud 4 star resort,but i get third class property, I Pay Rs 5000 per night for this third class property

Good resort, good rooms, good food, but needs improvement

I stayed at this resort with relatives on 13 May. Location is good, pretty close to Ramnagar as well as Bijrani zone gate. It is a big resort with huge lawns and cottage type rooms. Rooms/cottages are very specious, having a drawing room and bedroom, both big in size. air-conditioning was good, bathroom/toilet was of a good size and good amenities were provided. One can have a morning-afternoon tea or a walk in the lawns, can enjoy a swimming pool or play table tennis of volleyball.

Staff is helpful and courteous. Food quality and quantity, both were good.

HOWEVER - restaurant doesn't look like a restaurant and gives a feel that we are sitting in a marriage hall. They started lunch at 1.30 pm and of course due to weekend (or due to the group which was there during my stay), more than 100 people rushed for lunch. They should start lunch at 12.30

MY EXPERIENCE (WHICH WAS NOT GOOD)
When we went for dinner, the group (and many unruly, drunk people in the group) were playing very loud music and dancing in the restaurant, using abusive words. Other families (so as my) were disturbed and after 20 minutes of tolerating this, we complained to the reception. Hotel should not allow such loud music in the restaurant and they should think of other guests as well.

Mr. Mohan from hotel and Mr. Mushtaq (through whom I made the booking) were very helpful during the booking process and during the stay.

I will recommend this hotel.

Speaking about the property it was nice. Everything was good about it. Nice place, location, amenities, staff, food, all was good. This is built next to the river Kosi. So enjoyed that as well in the evening. Fun place to be with family
