I booked it from Goidibo. When we reach the hotel it is just unexpectedly good, good location , big and clean room only problem is no in house restaurant. But dont worry some awesome restaurant is there to take care of it

I STAYED HERE ALONG WITH 15 PAX GROUP FOR FOUR NIGHT FROM 25-29 MAY
It is real wonderful place to stay// Very Clean rooms , Spotless neat white bed sheets, Clean and spacious bathroom, 24 hour hot water, Gen set back up, green surroundings, ever helping and cheerful staff and management .
During our stay whatever we demanded ( Innova Vehicles for Nainithal, Gypsy and permit for Corbett safari with short notice etc) they provided with reasonable rates and smiling face.
I strongly Recommend this hotel for your stay at Corbett National park & Spl thanks to Talwar sab & Uday Vir Singh for making our stay comfortable in all the way

Its good hotel with lot of greeenry around. Rooms are clean and good,service is quick.Recommend for people who want to take break while enroute to Ranikhet/Kausani or even Jim corbett safari...they do not provide food facilities but its manageable since there are lot of restaurant around.You might face some challenge with early morning breakfast though bcoz shops are closed

Pros:
It's a very nice quite place away from the city.
The room we checked in was clean.
The staff is very cooperative.
Cons:
Although when we checked in we had no issue parking our car. But I realized that the hotel can only accommodate 4/5 cars.
In case of a power cut the heavy electrical item (Geyser/Room heater) won't work. The power back only supports the light elect items.
But I must say that me and family really like the place.

Really nice property in Dhikuli, on the Ramnagar-Ranikhet road.
However, the only drawback is that they don't have any provision for making food. They also don't keep any cold drinks. So you'll have to rely upon other neighbouring places for food and beverages.
Otherwise, the staff is helpful and we had a great time here. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
