Enjoyed Lisbon, the hotel was very nice. Executive lounge a must. Will save you a fortune. Food and drink in there very good.
Staff friendly and hard working.
Indoor pool but no outdoor pool which was fine for the time of year we visited October .
There were 4 or 5 days that we would have liked to relax by an outdoor pool after sightseeing. Caters for business travellers more than tourists.
Not far from the centre of Lisbon, easy transportation .

This Hotel was great surprise: close to the Airport, metro station across the street and
service was fantastic from start to the end.
The Lounge was wonderful, great variety of food and drink, comfortable and bright, good service.
The room was large, clean, nice bed and bathroom....it's not fancy looking hotel(like in Budapest) but with 5-Star services and amenities...We liked it so much that we are returning in December.

Located a bit North of the City Centre but 2 minute walk to the underground station. Really nice hotel. Good spa, gym and pool (pay extra for use of spa). Very clean, staff helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

Great space with all the bells and whistles one would want in a hotel. Very pleasant and helpful staff with a superior manager. The breakfast was wonderful with all anyone could eat. The club lounge had snacks at ju st the right time. You could even use it as a place to have a small meal.

We stayed in executive room 2009 on 20th floor from 11th to 15th Nov 2017 to celebrate my birthday. Booked via easyJet holidays. Nice price nice stay. Room entitles you access to the executive lounge on 24th floor. Stunning views with free food and drinks up until 10pm including a morning breakfast. Free WiFi and we had 4 devices connected. No drop outs and very quick. Official taxis are cream or black and green coloured. It cost us 15.40 euros from airport to hotel in green/black approximately 5 miles and 8.75 euros in cream on way back. The hotel is 3 miles away from town but public transport is excellent. We used the yellow bus official sightseeing tours pass at 40 euros for 3 days. It's an all in one pass for bus, trams, some boats and also includes aero bus to/from airport. Bus stop 4 is nearest, 7 minutes walk away or 500 metres. We want to thank the staff individually. Sofia for her impromptu talk on Lisbon on the day we arrived. It made exploring Lisbon pleasurable. Monica, for her shared historical experiences of Lisbon and other aspects of life in Portugal. Ana Sofia, with her lovely smile and her helpful nature always "Running Up to greet us." Fabio and his top tips for a perfect hot chocolate just before lights out everyday. We were charmed by the chef's cuisine everyday and are grateful to the housekeeping staff for making up our room immaculately. Equally I want to thank everyone already mentioned and the whole team who made my birthday memorable with a birthday surprise. It was an absolutely amazing stay and we look forward to coming back.
