Our stay here was great. Close walking distance to shops ,restaurants and beach. Also across the street from coronado del which is over priced but nice to take a stroll around and maybe catch a drink. I would have to say that the coronado beach resort may be the best place for someone wanting a clean place to stay at , this place is spotless. The resort staff was friendly and informative. We stayed in a two bedroom with two bath unit which provided a lot of room. The one problem was street noise ,staying on the 1st floor,so ask for 2nd or 3rd floor otherwise all good.

We really enjoyed our stay at the resort. It is in walking distance of many restaurants and shops and many of them give a discount because you are staying at the resort. The resort is located near the hop on hop off trolley stop where tickets can be purchased to destinations all over San Diego. This resort is clean, well maintained and the staff are
friendly and accommodating. I look forward to returning next year.

We had a great time at this Resort. It was close to all the shops and restaurants. The decor of the Resort is up to date and comfortable. We were really impressed on how lovely the Resort is and how well kept it is. We used the Resort bikes to travel around the island and rode them out to the Loews Resort. There is a convenient shuttle out to the Loews to access their amenities like the pool. The whole staff were pleasant and professional. We really enjoyed our stay and will return next year.

We had an amazing stay at the Coronado beach resort. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The best part of the hotel is the rooftop Jacuzzi and amazing view of the hotel Del and beach. We were able to see some beautiful sunsets from the rooftop as well. The location of this hotel could not be more perfect. It is walking distance from great restaurants, shops, ice cream places, food market, and is a quick one block walk to the beach. If you're looking to stay in a place with all the comforts of home, this is a great choice. The bicycles were a great addition to exploring the island. Also included is beach umbrellas and chairs. The hotel plans lots of activities to be apart of during the week like social hours and donut parties!
Only drawback is the gym is very small.

We had stayed here six years ago and when we decided to come back to the area we really wanted to come back to stay at this place. Check is was friendly and efficient. We had a one bedroom and it was plenty big. Not all the one bedrooms are the same. We were lucky enough to get a very nice unit on the second floor facing the Hotel del Coronado. It had patio doors off the living room AND the bedroom. Everything in the unit was very nice. The only thing we did not like is that the pillows were extremely firm.
The location is excellent. It is only a couple blocks from the beach, and plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance on Orange Avenue. They do some nice things for the guests, including margaritas one day, sangria one day, donuts one day. There is a daily resort fee but that includes parking and some things like bikes that you can check out.
The resort does not have a pool, but does have an agreement with Loews resort (which has a couple pools) about four miles away. If you do not have a car they do have a shuttle that can take you back and forth. There is a hot tub on the top floor which is a nice area to sit and watch the sunset with other guests.
Nearly all lodgings these days have wi fi. I find that most of the time it works, but just OK. But I was very pleased with the speed of the wi fi at the resort. I never had delays or any problems with it.
The facility is clean and everything is kept in working order. Everyone on the staff is smiling and friendly. I dealt mostly with Gary and Eric, who were top notch.
If we are fortunate enough to return to the area we would most definitely stay here again.
