There a several things to like about this hotel, the historic building (a 17th century palace), the location in the Barrio Alfalfa, the Roman and medieval artifacts, the good service, and the unique atrium quarters across the street. There is also a terrace on the roof with an honor bar and a good view of Seville. But what struck me most was the selection of culture tours sponsored by the hotel. The Jewish history tour was memorable. On short notice the hotel arranged a private tour of the hidden relics of Jewish Seville. The regular guide was not available but a substitute (Gershon) picked up the slack and provided the most amazing view into the dark corners of Andalusian Jewish history. Some things were openly visible but would not be noticed, other things were revealed only with a flashlight. Gershon's card says "Together we make a Jewish University for a day." Indeed!

Very picturesque...yes it is dark, but the location is the key. The room is comfortable, and the shower was the best we had in Europe. Staff was friendly and courteous. Minibar and safe in the rooms and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was probably the best hotel breakfast we experienced.

Incredible boutique hotel in center of Sevilla. Steps from all sights. Impeccable service-staff cannot do enough for you. Excellent restaurant suggestions. List of activities to choose from-in the city or countryside. My wife and I stayed in the new annex-Room 17 with rooftop terrace with pool and an upper terrace with lounge/daybed. Great way to start day with breakfast and end evening with views of Cathedral. And a dog friendly hotel too. We also stayed at their sister hotel, Hacienda San Rafael-this a must visit.

I can't make ups my mind if the actual ambiente and or the relentless focus to details that has been put in the hotels interior or the people managing it / bringing it to life. The price goes to the combination; finding great people to welcome and help make your stray great and great taste. Thanks for having us a few days ago

We stayed here last week. The location is superb! The staff were incredibly helpful. The breakfast was lovely. The room was comfortable, clean, great shower. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.
