A little difficult to find driving,sat nav not too helpful.parking close by so not too bad.the hotel all seemed fine,staff helpful,room was clean with afew toiletries.very handy for the town and plenty of cafes and eateries.

Great hotel with a fantastic location to see the tourist attractions. Bedding and towels were crisp and clean but the rooms and bathrooms are starting to look a little tired so in need of a little TLC.

Great hotel for handy location - across from the bus station to arrive/depart- a mere $ 2 euros from the train station, ( by bus ), and the old town/aqueduct literally across the road.
Reception staff very good, wifi okay, the room could use some serious cleaning and updating.
This is a good spot if you don't have a car and/or are travelling with kids/pets because it is also near some walking paths and a playground.
Having said that our room is literally on top of the car park a few yards from the road - this worried me at first however the road is quiet at night and this side does give an excellent view of the cathederal.

Stayed one night in May 2016. The hotel is in a good location, within walking distance of the aqueduct and other main sights. Rooms at the front face the road, but we didn't find it too noisy. Some of the front rooms have excellent views over the cathedral and city (unfortunately our view was partially blocked by a tree). Our room was comfortable. Breakfast was continental style, with excellent coffee. There are steps up to reception, but if you go to the Cafeteria entrance there is lift.

The hotel is in a good location, if you turn right as you exit the building and carry on straight down the partially pedestrianized road after the roundabout you will get to the aqueduct.
There are quite a few stairs leading up to the reception but if you need to you can enter by the entrance marked cafeteria and then take the lift up to the reception.
Rooms are an OK size and the beds were comfortable The bathrooms are a little tight especially the location of the toilet and the placement of the shower over the bath. When we arrived the room was very hot but the AC cooled it down effectively. Also on arrival the room was very clean but housekeeping did not clean the glasses or replace the toiletries for our second night.
Breakfast was a light continental one with a choice of cold meats, cheese, bread, croissants, cereal, yogurt, fruit, coffee, tea and juice.
All in all a good place to stay for a short visit, lots of bars in the area and some good restaurants nearby. The bus station is over the road from the hotel. We had room 205 which was quiet and looked out over the police station car park.
