Room was decent however did not like the amount of people smoking in the parking lot and talking at 1 am in the morning-we were on the 1st floor. We did go the front desk and I guess they told them to break it up.
Breakfast was not all that great-they need to improve their coffee and food

We stayed here 5 nights on our family trip to Southern California. It was too long of a stay. We stayed here previously for 1 night in 2015 and loved the place. However I think our memory was skewed because the hotel we were at beforehand in 2015 was terrible.
In 2015 Cortona upgraded us to a family room with bunk beds which was a huge room. We loved that room and it was the main reason we said we’d stay here the next trip. This time we had a standard 2 Queen room. The room wasn’t bad but not extravagant by any means when you’re spending 5 nights in one spot.
The area is quite crowded and there is a battle for parking spaces close to your hotel room, but they do have an overflow underground lot that helps, but is just more of a walk when your arms are full.
The pool area is not huge, but it’s a nice pool and is framed well by some palm trees.
The breakfast area is nowhere near large enough to accommodate a full slate of guests. It was way to crowded at every section of the buffet and a several minute wait for anyone using the toaster or waffle machine. Of the 5 mornings, we had to take the food back to our rooms once because there were no tables and another morning we shared a table with another family so our kids could sit down. There’s only so much space in downtown Anaheim, but this place could definitely benefit from a second story in the breakfast room to accommodate more tables.
The staff were all great here, the breakfast staff worked very hard and nothing ran out for food choices. The pool is good, the standard rooms are ok and it is conveniently located about a 10minute walk to Disneyland entrance. And another 5minutes to actually get to the ticket booth line.
We would recommend this place as a good place to stay, but not for more than a couple nights, unless you get the family room with the bunk beds.

Great price for a very clean room with FREE parking, wi-fi & breakfast all within walking distance to Disney.
Walk: 2 blocks to Disney & 1 block to Katella which has lots of places to eat. My 3 year old did the walk to Disney the entire way so it was doable for all. It's a block down from the Disney parking lot itself.
Room: I was surprised how clean it was. I've been in many 5 star rooms not that clean. Yes, at times it had an old room smell (after showering if the AC was on) but not smelly overall. I let my kid use the bath cuz it was so clean & I usually only use the shower. Had fridge & microwave which is helpful for family trips.
Breakfast: Yes, free breakfast. Same most days but at least some hot options: eggs, sausage & pancakes. Rest are continental breakfast options like cereal, toast, waffles, etc.
Staff: Elizabeth & Eduardo helped me throughout our stay. Super professional, friendly & helpful.
I'll definitely stay here next time I come to Disney for a stay. Great price for a place this close to Disney & with the free amenities while still being clean & nice.

This hotel is in a great location and within walking distance to the Anaheim Convention center and Disney!
Bed was very comfortable!
Continental breakfast was included in the room rate and it wasn’t bad! I would totally stay here again!

The room was spacious and for the price comfortable enough, the beds made us relax to a point that sleep was easily the best featureof the room, the bathroom while smaller had a large enough tub for even myself to relax in, and I am 5'10". the bathroom however had a rather musty/moldy smell to it, but could have been due to the humidityat the time. Their breakfast Buffet was good, and there was plenty of variety
