I stay in Cosmos a lot of times since 2009, when I Travel by first time to Bogotá, It is a good Hotel with a nice location, easy to move to more visit attractions in the city, Restaurant offer a good menu, it has a nice exercise room with a good pool.
For other hand, the rooms in the tower with main restaurant is a little noise by restaurant and close location to the calle 100, (very busy street, with high traffic), also you need to be careful with the cancelation policy, they charge full book value if you try to cancel, or don t follow the procedure they define for cancelation...is a bad experience.
The worst.... they don't have any rewards program for frequently clients... you can find many option in the same range of cost with some extra benefits

The room was pleasant, although there was quite a bit of noise coming from the atrium due to an event taking place in the hotel. However, the meals were excellent and the pool was a good size for an indoor pool in a hotel. The water was rather warm due to it having a glass roof, there was also an outside terrace and some rather old gym equipment.
Like in so many hotels in this country few staff spoke a language other than Spanish, something which surely a capital city needs to change soon.

This hotel is very well located, close to shopping mall, restaurants and if close to your business, is a good choice. The room is quite large and clean, but it is too noisy. Restaurant is good, international food. Another improvement to be considered is on services, little bit slow. Just an example: there was a queue on check out and only 1 person attending. And last minor comment: after check out the frontdesk give you a small piece of paper stamped paid and you have to give to doorman, it seems last century control.

Nice, clean and friendly hotel.
Professional team and service.
Price is little bit high but lithe hotel is in a quite are close to the main important quarters.
Congress halls well planned and the operative parking is helpfull.
Restaurants are high level quality and they make international cousin.
Room service clean.

This hotel is conveniently located in Bogota, their breakfast buffet is excellent, their customer service is remarkable. I stayed on the 3rd floor and the craziness of the city didn't bother me because the hotel has curtains that block both the sun shine and the loud of the busy street out front. I recommend this hotel and the quality of service of its people.
