Upon arrival I found the staff to be incredibly helpful immediately offering us something to drink as well as assisting us with transport arrangements. We were a bit nervous not speaking any Italian, but they spoke great English and we were able to communicate well. Loved the beautiful ceramic tiles and clean spacious room. Overall we were very impressed. Definitely recommend!

The hotel was in a great location for the tourist venues. The staff at the Costa hotel, Pasqualina and Vincenzo were very accomadating and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. I recommend staying here when in pompei.

Lovely room, mahogany floor, and all the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. The receptionists asked what we planned to do, then printed out tourist info for us, and helped me pay a motorway toll on their computer. Other staff ran a minibus to the next station, as the nearby one was innaccessible due to bridge repairs. Only downside was only a dribble of water came out of the shower (we were on the top floor, so perhaps that's the reason), and the shower cabinet was so small that it was difficult not to open the door accidentally. Location not brilliant; no restaurants nearby, but very handy for the train.

Found this to be a fantastic hotel. The owners checked me in and they were wonderful and very helpful. Well located. The room is lovely and very well kept and clean. Would definitely come back and recommend it 100%.

This is a clean hotel with lovely staff and a good restaurant. On arrival we were given dry towels and a coffee by very attentive staff as it had been raining. Suggestions for planning visits to Pompeii, Herculaneum and Vesuvius were excellent and made our stay very enjoyable and memorable. Thank you to the ladies at reception, and the gentlemen in the restaurant.
