Great hotel, great location
fairbutcriticalon 23/10/2017 17:09Loved being right in the centre. Plenty of restaurants around to choose from as well lots of sights being a few minutes walk away. We had the junior suite so our son slept below while we had a comfortable queen size bed above. Room was nice & quiet as hotel is set back from the street. Had booked a package that included a massage in the room which was really excellent.
Serene spot within a busy city
Camellia4505on 15/10/2017 13:14The hotel is centrally located to the historic part of the the city and the museums. It is a welcome respite from the crowded excitement that defines historic Naples. The hotel and it's garden are lovely and our room was comfortable. We enjoyed the layout of our room which had a sitting area and patio below with the sleeping area above. Would definitely stay here again.

amaryllis65on 11/10/2017 20:20We have just returned from a week in Naples at the Hotel Constantinopoli 104. In the heart of the chaotic, dirty, noisy, over-crowded old part of the city, the Hotel is reached through a forbidding, massive old doorway from the street. Immediately one is transported to the quiet, restful peace of a Baroque garden with a terrace.
The charming hotel staff were nothing but kindness and politeness throughout our stay. Our bags were carried upstairs to our room on the second floor, which looked out over a large terrace with plants, tables, chairs and sun loungers. The room was spacious and elegant, with a marble bathroom, and a welcome array of toiletries.
At breakfast the two smart young waiters were charm personified, and the staff at reception answered all our queries about where to eat, how to reach tourist destinations and the likely state of the weather. Taxis were called, and arrived within 3 minutes, maps and plans of the city were provided, and there was always a bowl of sweets to raid before setting out. Even our check-in on a very unreliable British Airways website was negotiated with a smile, and our boarding passes printed.
Naples gives the first impression of a chaotic and anarchic city, but with the helpful staff of this well-placed hotel, we felt safe and cosseted throughout our stay, and saw truly wonderful things.
A get-a-way from your get-a-way

Came here with another couple. What a cool hotel! Classic style and top-shelf staff.
We hung out on the roof lounge every night to review our day exploring Napoli. The complimentary breakfast was exemplary and the cappuccinos were sublime.
The rooms are nice however we asked to be moved from our first room because of a strong perfume smell (I suspect to cover cigarette smoke). The staff accommodated us immediately with apologies. Other than that we had no hot water one morning - can i get a WAKE UP!
The place is a refuge in the middle of the crazy, lively, raucous old city. Sounds die away as you enter and the calm lets you reset yourself for your next foray into the area. Nice little pool as well. The parking is on the grounds of the hotel and secure.
Frankly, this place is not for kids. You will get creepy glances from the older folks here but why would you be bringing kids here anyway??
Ask the front desk for a bottle of red wine, hit the roof for some chillin and enjoy life - you have earned it!
The bottom line - worth it!
Quiet Oasis Near the Archeological Museum
davelW4810UXon 03/10/2017 05:41The location was perfect for our visit. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and professional. We had a Junior Suite facing the garden; it was spacious and well laid out. It was a most enjoyable stay.
