I loved my stay there. I was in Lima just for 2 days for a conference, and the hotel was one of the best things of the trip. The location is very nice and convenient, in the San Isidro neighborhood - one of the best in the city. The hotel staff was incredibly nice and helpful without imposing themselves. The food was great and having coffee at the terrace was a pleasure. The hotel is just beautiful. My room was also lovely, with an incredibly comfy bed and a shower to die for. Everything was great.

We had 3 rooms for a family gathering. My husband and I were in 126 which had a small terrace on the ground floor. The room was very spacious, and fully up to luxury standards--good light, tv, marble bathroom, fluffy duvet, mini bar, etc. Nice wood floors. Overall the room looked very clean and new. Excellent restaurant on site with very good breakfast buffet. Mangoes were delicious. Did not have a bad meal there and we ate there numerous times for lunch or dinner. (In fact, didn't have a bad meal in Lima!) Service is friendly and good. Waiter cut up some market fruit that my sister bought and served it for us. Concierge went above and beyond with delivery of a package/letter in nearby neighborhood -- the concierge sought us out to show us a photo on his phone of the delivery person handing the item to the recipient. Every request was handled nicely and politely. Unfortunately the pool was out of commission and there was not a good place to sit outside and just enjoy the sun, but that was just timing/bad luck. Might suggest in-room coffee makers, but didn't mind going to restaurant or using room service when we really wanted it. There is also a Starbucks right next door. Taxis - the hotel charges 3x the local taxi rate but at least you get a clean, nice Mercedes -- so if you want a taxi and don't mind old/dirty, you can save some $$ by Uber or calling your own. We did use the transport for the airport because it was a 4:30 am departure and didn't want to take the chance of waiting; it was worth it for peace of mind and the nicer, bigger car for our group and baggage.
Overall, an outstanding hotel!

I just stayed there last weekend and was totally impressed with the hotel and the staff. They had a special event going on at the hotel for the weekend we were there and gave us passes to the event too. Breakfast was excellent and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank You ....Muchas gracias!

Excelente service , espacious room with fine finishing and nice balcony, beautiful and well maintained building with good restaurant and bar . Good location in the best area of Lima . I always stay there in my trips to Lima . The concierges are always ready to advise with good knowledge of the city , restaurants and tours . In front of the golf club with discount to who wants to play . The breakfast is amazing with all the local products! I have been traveling to Lima for the last 15 years for business and in try different hotels and in this one I fell home .

From the moment we arrived, we were treated so graciously. The property is stunning, and the staff is 5-star all the way. We were beyond thrilled. Special shout-outs to Paula (reception/check-in), Antonio (restaurant), and Brian (bar) for their above-and-beyond fine service. The only improvement that needs to be made is that the food is not very hot--it is very good, just not hot.
