We had a double bedroom for a my family of 4. We had plenty of space, but we had quite a bit of issues with our room:
- There was only one AC in the room, which was not sufficient to cool the second bedroom
- The AC leaked a lot of water and it was extremely noisy (more than your average AC)
- Towels were really old, with wholes and very stiff
- the shower looked really dirty
The staff at the reception and the bell boys were really courteous.

We had a terrible experience, we booked 5 rooms and each one had a trouble, some of those troubles were: We found smoked cigarettes inside the room, it stank, one shower was broken, they didn't had a tv remote and/or the AC remote. The service at the restaurant was the same, the order was incomplete, we waited for almost 40 minutes. We tried to talked to the manger and he never showed up

We stayed in the Master Suite! It had more than enough room, everything was super clean and modern! I had no complaints! The room was cleaned daily. Gaby did an amazing job! I recommend the delicious chilaquiles for the morning breakfast! 🤗 The staff was very helpful and friendly!

A family member was in the hospital right next door for 2 weeks and was able to get a deal on a room for that time,
Yes the wifi was slow,but I wasn't expecting holiday inn quality, it has a pool on the lower level and a seating area for the restaurant upstairs on the patio. The staff was friendly
The rooms were decently outfitted and baths were nice.

Excellent service, they take care of every single detail to make your visit an experience.
They have parking lot, pool, restaurant, room service, Wi-Fi, fridge in the room, microwave oven, hot tub... Nice place
