The hotel is very gorgeous and family oriented. Staff is profession the rooms are clean. The breakfast had a nice selection. The area seemed to be really safe. It was also convenient for me and my family to grab a bite and do a little shopping. I would most definitely come back to this hotel. My children loved it and it was comfortable

Just make sure when you get to your room that you have all the complimentary condiments and towels. Check that the coffee pot is in working condition. Make sure you ask the front desk to please ask house keeping to replace all used towels and wash clothes.

I had to make a business trip to the area and chose this place to stay, I have stayed at other Country Inns before so I was surprised by some of the reviews here. I had a little trouble getting to the location due the size of my vehicle, thanks for the drive and play directions Mia. My room was nice and clean, the bed was better than my favorite hotel in another state. I had some trouble getting to the proper street but Mia stayed on the phone to guide me and she was very pleasant to talk with. I was very satisfied with my stay and will be stopping here again when I am in the area.

Outdated, shabby, not real clean. Very strong deodorizer smell. Clump of dog fur on floor of deco d room we were in.on 4th floor, lost power due to Irma, luckily window had missing screw so we were able to get fresh air. Several lights out on stairwells. I use a cane so very stressful for me to get downstairs to leave. If staff put out bottled water, fruit or muffins we did not see them.

I checked in to my room at 11:30pm. There was food and beverage in the fridge. The bed was made but the sheets were clearly not changed, there were crumbs under the covers and the floor wasn't vacuumed. I asked to be switched to another room. They brought me to my new room and again there was food and beverage in the fridge and blood stains on the sheets. I asked for new sheets which were brought up to me right away. This would be the first time I checked out of a hotel because of the lack of cleanliness. I was supposed to be there for 17 days. I woke the next morning and found a new hotel to stay in for the remainder of my stay.
