The employees at this particular hotel go above and beyond what they need to do to make sure that you are very well taken care of and very comfortable I have never had a bad experience here .If I’m ever in the neighborhood again I will make sure that I stay at this particular hotel.

Beds are on the hard side which made for a sore back. Breakfast was not as good as some locations. Discount for nearby steakhouse which is convenient for travelers without a car. Not much within walking distance but the steakhouse. The price is probably fair for what you get.

Great service from beginning to end. Complimentary breakfast was one of the best I've had with a variety of choices and hot food consistently available during breakfast hours. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Business work area was small but had free wifi so I was able to do most work in my room.

It is rare that I would write a negative review but I feel obligated after our stay here. I booked a suite for my daughter, her two children and myself. We were greeted very warmly by the desk staff. Our suite was not ready but that was ok. We finally walked in to a room that was badly in need of updating. The first thing noticed was the smell of old, dirty carpet, and indeed, the carpet had many stains and was quite worn. I didn’t want my grandchildren to sit on the floor or walk without shoes. The furniture looked worn and wasn’t in great condition. The bathroom sink was cracked and there were two lights that needed bulbs. Both rooms were quite overheated in spite of our turning the air conditioner to 64 (This is November). We felt we could make the best of it and did, but for $185 I expected updated and clean. In the morning at breakfast we noticed the chairs in the dining room were worn quite badly. While eating, a disheveled woman came in the front door who was quite obviously high on something and teetered over to the food swaying precariously as she checked out the offerings. It was frightening for us and we decided to leave because of the little ones. I stopped at the front desk to let them know but there was no one there. (The suspicious woman may have been noticed had someone been at the post.) I could see the desk agent sitting in the side office active on her iPad and talking with someone. I waited and waited and when she finally noticed me, rather than getting up, she looked at me a bit annoyed and asked, “Do you want something?” We were shocked. The whole place did not look as clean and updated as the online pictures, and had I known then what I know now, I would not have chosen this hotel. My apologies to those employees who had kind words and smiles for us and who were obviously working hard.

I was initially impressed with the speed of checking in. The desk had everything ready for us when we arrived. Ample parking. This location is next to an office complex, so more than enough parking on the weekend if you have a large vehicle or trailer.
The woman working the front desk on this Friday night was helpful and friendly.
We couldn’t ask for more. Room was very clean and well appointed. I felt very comfortable relaxing after a long day.
