Our experience was amazing and the staff are top notch people!! Complimentary hot breakfast was great, great location and nice/clean rooms. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Amazing place!!

Have stayed there many years on race weekend. 2017 was horrible. For $370 per night one should get a clean room and service. The room was not clean dust everywhere. The shuttle service was a joke. At end of race there were no shuttles, very disorganized. Paula at breakfast was the only friendly employee. We gave up on the shuttle and drove ourselves Sunday. They triple price on NASCAR weekends and offer dusty rooms and poor shuttle service will not stay here again.

I stayed here for one night and the people couldn't be nicer. The front desk woman (Amy?) was so nice and asked me what floor I wanted. The room was nice. Not fancy but clean and quiet. Good breakfast. The woman in charge of the breakfast was very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed stay.

The staff was extremely rude. Stayed there since they had a shuttle to and from the NASCAR racetrack and was extremely letdown by it the first night and ended up driving ourselves. Not only that problem though. The manager was extremely rude.

We have always been thrilled with your hotel until this past weekend. We are wondering IF you have new owners? I know some of the rooms we not vacuumed. The shuttle service in the past has been over the top until this time!! Zif (the driver) was above and beyond. We did NOT have that this time. We spent alot of money for ALL of the rooms for our customers.
