The best stay ever at Katra. The hotel property is so nicely placed and so much good in ambiance that you would start loving your stay in first couple of hours. The food, staff, room service, swimming pool, kid ride area, everything is extra ordinary awesome. I loved the stay. Only one thing the restaurant is a little bit costly but with the ambiance that they provide you will be ready to pay that.

The Trip to the Temple was made easy and Peace full due to the extraordinary service rendered by the hotel.They ensured that we were picked up on my return from Banganga @ 4 AM ,Organised for some light Lunch even though it was passed the lunch hour . A clean,green hotel and kudos to their Manager Arun and their team for taking care of us .Keep up the good work Team Country Inn.

I visited the hotel through a IRCTC Vaishno devi package and totally agree that no other hotel in katra is better than country inn..the rooms are too good,awesome lawns,swimming pool etc.
The staff was the best,they were very polite and take full care of the guests.
Food quality was also very NICE . TOTALLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ALL FOR YOUR UPCOMING VISITS

Nice resort, good food, nice staff,
Lush green garden, every thing is fine
Except location, 7 kms far from bu s stand area, kids can enjoy jhoolas and indoor games as well, swimming pool is also scenic

We stayed here for 2 nights, for our visit to Mata Vaishno Devi mandir.
It's located on the outskirts of Katra town, about 20 mins drive by car to Katra. Hotel is about 1 hour from Jammu airport. Hotel had booked a cab for me from local Jammu taxi Association, from airport to hotel.
Coming to the hotel, room size is good, with comfortable bed. Bathroom is a little compact, but laid out well. Room has a fan as well, apart from AC, so that if needed, one can just use fan, if AC is not required due to cold weather outside.
Room service was good, and all the food items we had were very tasty. No complaints about the food at all.
You get 2 complimentary water bottles daily (1 litre size), which is good, when compared to other hotels I have stayed in.
One drop & pickup to and from Banganga/helipad is provided complimentary from the hotel.
Few improvements can be
1) to make water pressure in bathroom consistent,
2) provide an in-room safe,
3) Conditioner in toiletries
