Our room had crumbs all over the floor and night staff refused to clean up. Felt sorry as unsure how much of rest of the room had been cleaned.
Got back to hotel late after getting stuff ready for step son's funeral and night staff closed hot tub early. There was just 2 of us and not making noise or anything that would excuse shutting down hot t in. We really needed to relax.

Great hotel, friendly service and clean comfortable beds. Great treats and very good breakfast. Good location and easy to find, lots of parking and good location to restaurants, golf, fishing and shopping.

I had an experience with Country Inn and Suites in Iron Mountain, MI while I was on a business trip and it was not the best. I was on other business trip in Baxter, MN and I put my differences behind me and check in at their hotel and everything was much better. The breakfast was very good and the environment was relaxing.

This hotel is a five star in my eyes! The rooms are big and comfortable. Staff is very friendly. My kids enjoyed the pool. The continental breakfast was so good. Yes, stay here and you'll be happy you did!

This hotel was very quiet and best of all clean. We stayed on the third floor in a king size suite. The breakfast is one of the best we have ever eaten. Cereal, pancakes are everyday choices with lots of other variety breakfast that change each day. Sure did enjoy sitting by the outside fire pit after being gone all day and rocking before going to bed each night. Sure would highly recommend and would stay again.
