nice quiet clean room good location easy access to the highway, very good attached restaurant shopping isn't very far away pool and exercise equipment and lobby was very clean the staff was very courteous

Great hotel for the price. Pool, whirlpool, fitness center, breakfast and pet friendly!! win/win from all points when I am looking in the area. Double room with comfy pillows and comforters, clean. Fridge and microwave in room makes it a great place for a longer stay too.

In general this is a friendly and clean hotel. I've stayed here many times w/ very little frustrations. The rooms and common areas are somewhat dated and may need some strong cleaning or updating to meet modern standards. The beds are probably the area needing the most attention. Very uncomfortable and seem very old

this was a very nice clean hotel employees were very nice, it is a very nice property inside and out. breakfast was very good with a nice variety of items to eat. only thing missing was the CW channel on tv.

My room had stained carpeting, peeling wallpaper, moldy grout and was overall tired looking and the bathroom was disgusting. Not only does the entire place need the outdated and worn out furniture and decor updated, they need to assure that the housekeeping staff clean the rooms more thoroughly. We were greeted with approximately 25 pubic hairs all over the bathroom left by the previous guest. This leads me to believe that it was cleaned very poorly. The beds were fine although again they seem tired. The pillows were almost not worth using because they were so flat. Picture your grandma's house in the 1970s and you will have a clear picture of what the floors, walls and bathroom looks like. On an upside, the breakfast was decent and the staff was friendly. The Carlson corporation should be ashamed that they have not invested any money in this property in a very long time. Shampoo your carpet's and update your bathrooms!
