I have stayed at the hotel numerous times when I visit my aunt living at The Palace Royale Nursing Home. I am always remembered, given a slightly better price and/or lower floor. The breakfast is nothing special but hot, fresh and sufficiently varied to start you off for the day. I love that it is within an excellent shopping center so I can walk to restaurants and stores.

Excellent location. Excellent Front Desk Service, Breakfast and Room Service. Clean and well maintained. Have stayed here 4 times within the last 3 years and would return again. Great job Country Inn and Suites.

Elevator broken, and we were not made aware of this until after the reservation was made. housekeeping was not helpful, check out was tedious. I was double charged for my room. Night staff would not even help with getting us an extra blanket... it took days of asking several different people before we received extra bedding & it was a sheet and not a blanket.

The staff is very courteous, accommodating, gracious and pleasant. Breakfast is very good and sometimes opens a little earlier than usual. I'm using the present tense because I'm back again. This is my, I guess, this is 45th time staying here, on business.
I highly recommend it for anyone thinking about coming to South Florida for a stay. Every time I return they have done some sort of an upgrade to the facility.
They have a small room for washing and drying clothes which would be better if it had another washing machine and dryer. That's no biggie and wouldn't stop me from staying here because the beds are comfortable and sheets are crisp and smell great!

Family emergency was the reason to drive from Orlando to Miami, my husband make the reservation, check in was very nice with the front desk associate Valerie Andino, she was very friendly, professional and helpful and do the fact we were so tired and i was stress with my family illness- then when our way to go to our room Valerie apologies telling us that the elevator was not working do the upgradting- but Edgar one of the employee took my suitcases up the stairs to our room! He was very nice and helpful.. Thumps up to Edgar!! Then when we open the room.. surprise surprise... you walk in to the bathroom!! LOL :) I never see something like that before!! but was nice and clean and update! Our plan was only one night, but the following day I was so tired and wants to spend one more day with my cousin ask my husband to stay one more day.. and then was the not nice experience with the front desk Manuel Velazco- He plain tell my husband that because he did the reservation with expedia, he has to contact expedia to add other night- my husband call expedia and they told that he need to ask the hotel. Not easy.. I do not like to complain about people, but honestly Mr. Velazco needs a little more training about how to deal with the guests at the hotel. My husband and I travel a lot and many times we stay longer at the hotel than we plan to because we enjoy it! When I ask him, he denied what he told to me husband, and then he did not even tried to accommodated our request just could check us out and check in again! and if he don't know what to do, ask your manager! So I said, never mind, just go! check out and went to other Hotel. It was kind of a very negative experience check out ever. Also, if the hotel do not have an acomodation to have a working elevator should give some discount!!- One employee can make a big difference in business!! Nevertheless, every body else was very nice, housekeeping Fabiola; front desk Valerie and maintenance Edgar were great! Please give them the reconigtion of how good are doing their job!!
Location was great with all kind of shops and restaurants! Clean and friendly atmosphere and the suit was nice.
