Hotel stay for November 2016
Annette Don 18/11/2017 17:12It was a ok .hotel the staff was not so friendly . the beds where ok but was dirty. the breakfast was just ok the person fixing it was not so friendly things where cold the egg. if and when I travel there we will pick a different hotel

glennztripon 31/10/2017 16:49Nice hotel near the University of Illinois. All hotels around campus require a two night stay which makes it a little more expensive. Despite crowd, nice breakfast and clean dining room. Front desk and dining staff very friendly.
Nice, Clean Hotel with Friendly Staff
Katie Won 30/10/2017 00:38I just got home from a two-night stay at this hotel with two of my friends for homecoming at University of Illinois. It was a really pleasant experience for all three of us.
We arrived a bit earlier than check-in time, but were greeted warmly by the front desk staff member (her name was Katina, although I’m not sure if I got the spelling right, sorry). The hotel staff were super friendly, chatted with us, and let us go to our room early.
The hotel smelled like fresh-baked cookies, had those cookies available for free in the lobby, had coffee available at all times, had a nice lounge area, and was very clean, well-lit and really nice.
Our room was spacious and clean. It was pretty quiet, even though it’s probably one of the busiest weekends of the year in the university area. The location is not on campus, but is an easy, quick drive to UIUC. It is also close to several restaurants and lots of shopping.
Breakfast was complimentary and pretty darn good! Waffle makers, cereals, biscuits, sausage, eggs, etc. No complaints!
We had a really nice stay, and I highly recommend this hotel. And I want to give another name-drop to Katina, who we saw several times over the weekend, and was ALWAYS really friendly and helpful. She even let my friends take a couple Illini-colored balloons home to their kids, which we thought was sweet and went above and beyond. We really appreciated her friendly conversation and pleasant nature.

Greeted with a Hello and a smile when I first walked in the hotel was filled up the night before and I was trying to check in about 1:10 which check in time is at 3 p.m. but instead of that front desk manager turning me away and suggesting I wait until 3 p.m. they took the time to find a clean room for me. Thank you so much
