Great little hotel in New Kingston - very friendly and helpful staff. Most rooms have been renovated and are modern, comfortable, and good value! Great location in the New Kingston area, next to Big Brother Pegasus!

My stay as a local at the Courtleigh Hotel &Suite was a great experience. Fist when I call I told the front desk agent that I need a affordable room first there was none available but soon after I got a call from a Sasha Lee that she had found a room that would fit my budget. Ms Lee was very warm and professional and also helpful her customer service skills was way beyond my expectation and belief she was so helpful and kind I would recommend travellers from anywhere in the world who come to Jamaica to visit and stay at the courtleigh Hotel in New Kingston and it's one way to prove me right is just to go there for a stay and then you will experience a great service. The room I stayed in was excellent the air condition works great not to mention the queen size bed we slept in was so comfortable I didn't want to leave, also the bathe room was one in a million I felt like showering all day long. Sorry I didn't get the name of the lady who assisted me at the breakfast area she help share my food also she package all of what I'd asked for and she was so kind and sweat. Even the security guard in the parking lot was so kind in helping me find a parking space the security was so professional didn't expect that from a security guard at all. It was my first stay and certainly I will be staying at the courtleigh Hotel & Suit when ever I wish. Big up to Sasha Lee and the rest of the crew members at the Courtleigh Hotel your service is of world standard and you all deserve a big hug for making your guest feel at home from home.

I've been coming to Jamaica for business at least three times per year for about two years now and have always stayed at the Courtleigh. The service is second to none! The food is exceptional and the rooms are comfortable, cool, quiet and just what you need after a long day of meetings and events. The staff have to be some of the most pleasant and helpful I've encountered anywhere and it is always a pleasure staying there.

The initial part leading up to the stay of my colleagues has been less than stellar but I have to remember service is different based on culture and location. I hope that the arrival and departure of my team will be something that they come home bragging about.

Loved the Courtleigh! Particularly appreciated the special attention from Debbie Dee at the front desk. No request was too much trouble. She went the extra kilometer for us, giving us advice on places to stay and visit on the road less traveled that is the North Shore. Special thanks also to Mr. Edwards for his kind assistance.
