We stayed in this Courtyard while taking a rest in between backpacking in Indian Peaks Wilderness and heading south to the Great Sand Dunes National Park. There are restaurants within just a minute of walking distance (Outback, etc.). They were quite liberal on the checkout time which is 12noon but we asked for more time and it wasn't a problem at all. I recommend this hotel.

Stayed in Louisville before going to Rocky Mountain NP. Not easy to find. Able to check in early. Nice staff. Comfortable room. Good bathroom/ shower. Satisfactory workout room and nice pool. Wish breakfast was included in the price.

Great location but hard to locate. Is not only not on Dillion is behind another bldg. Beds are hard . Hallway was noisy.
STAFF was wonderful and so accommodating. Hotel was well maintained. Well designed.
Starbucks in lobby for free.
Also a breakfast Starbucks. Vending machines in entry.

Stayed there for one night, 2hat a surprisingly nice hotel. Very clean,room smelled amazing, nice cafe in the lobby and super friendly staff. We had a room with the balcony and king size bed. I gave 4 stars only because didn't really love how small the room was. Otherwise would highly recommend it!

We were completely satisfied with our stay. It was the final night of a busy but awesome vacation of taking in the many beautiful things Colorado has to offer. My special request was a quiet top floor room with a king bed and that is exactly what we received! A courtyard facing room on the 3rd floor with a king bed. We slept great. We left to head to the airport before the breakfast area opened, so the gentleman at the front desk walked over and brought us two cups of coffee and a grabbed a banana for me!
