The Staff is nice and the location is excellent. The hotel appears old as the carpet need to be replaced. Under the circumstances, the room was clean. The bed was comfortable and as a plus, the food is good. I enjoyed the Starbucks in the lobby.

The nicest thing I can say about this hotel is that the air conditioning unit worked really well, and I had no trouble with the staff.
This “courtyard by Marriott” looked and felt more like an old Motel 6. Only three stories tall, and no real courtyard, I had the same problem with the electrical outlets that other reviewers described. The outlets on the lights near the bed and desk won’t hold a plug in them to even charge a phone. The newer GFCI plug by the sink was ok, but I found one wall outlet that would hold in the plug, and that was it.
Stay somewhere else if you can.

The hotel was quiet, the people friendly. The room had plenty of room, it was quiet, the AC worked well, the shower was hot and had a lot of water pressure. The rooms and halls could be updated. The carpet is warn and stained.

This Courtyard's Staff was great, they greeted and treated me like a Friend. The Bistro manager was also excellent and when I had an order issue she took care of it and then the meal was on the on the house, no prompting by me.
Yes the building is need of updating and is scheduled, however my room was clean and in excellent repair. so it's not a big deal. The rate and location it was a great value too.

BEWARE: I have been a loyal Marriott customer for many years. However, after this stay, I am going to revisit that thinking. I booked this stay because of the price - being a Courtyard. Wow, was I wrong. The hotel is filthy. My room had a very dirty carpet. The couch was old and dirty and stained. The toilet seat is broken. The shower curtain was just about to fall off. There was mold in the tub/shower. The furniture in the room was old and chipped. As well as all the furniture in the lobby. The TV was not operating - all night. When asked about this the front desk said a tech person was on his way. There were tons of kids swimming in the pool; and I doubt that the were staying here. Overall the common areas were also filthy.
You might ask why I stayed here, I paid with Expedia and I questioned about getting a refund because of the no cancel policy. (Last time). So long Marriott, Courtyard, and Expedia.
