We stayed here due to the price which included breakfast for 2. The room was comfortable and quiet. The only problem we had was that the ac really didn't work. It turned on for a second or two, but then turned off and never started again. That was ok for us since we just opened the window. Everything else was normal.

We stayed at this Courtyard in Bristol, VA for one night and our stay was what we expect from Marriott. This location seems to be a bit older than others, but our room was exceedingly clean. The bed was quite comfortable -- it's so nice to look forward to a comfy bed after a day's travel and we were't disappointed here. Staff were polite and efficient. On a Saturday morning, the Bistro opened right at 7:00 allowing us to eat a quick breakfast and be on the road early. Great stay!

The hotel was fine! Room clean and comfortable, staff friendly. But the poor girl in The Bistro Saturday night! Working alone, with a large group of loud drunks. She couldn't answer the phone or glad way make orders. She should not have had to do this. Call for backup.

We stayed here on a road trip from Texas to Pennsylvania. The staff member at the desk was friendly but very busy; there were several times that we came to the desk and no one was there or the phone was ringing off the hook. They should probably keep 2 people at the desk during their busy times. The room was nice. There is a restaurant/bar downstairs, but I was disappointed that breakfast was not included.

I walked into the hotel at noon and Billy, the guest services clerk, greeted me by name and had my keys ready. I was assigned on the floor and in the room I like to stay without having to say a word. I've stayed at this hotel periodically over the past 4 months but even so, I don't expect to be greeted by name and treated so well. The service and the accommodations are the nicest in the area. It's always a pleasurable experience. Thank you Courtyard for hiring and keeping great folks.
