Stayed during our college visit to Elon. My daughter had a speech due and both Marcia and Niki agreed to be audience members - very sweet ladies! Nice hotel; in line with expectations but Marcia and Niki made it special.

I always enjoy the Courtyard hotels by Marriott, and the beds are among the most comfortable in the industry
They staff was all friendly, and very accommodating.
Excellent location for those visiting Elon University, or The Alliance Insurance company.
I will definitely stay here on a future trip.

My husband and I enjoyed a brief stay at the Courtyard Burlington recently. Since I work in hospitality I tend to be overly critical when staying in hotels, but I have only wonderful things to say about our stay! From our check-in (I'm sorry I forgot your name! but you were awesome and did you look up Amy Sedaris?) to our check-out with Rachelle who had the friendliest disposition ever, especially for so early in the morning! Next time we're in Burlington we will definitely be staying at the Courtyard Burlington!

My wife, son and I arrived in burlington on Friday Nov 10, 2017 and our reservation at the Holiday Inn Expresd was mysteriously booked for tge wrong date and they did not have the room tyoe we requested. Exasperated at the thought of not having a room and after driving from Annapolis Maryland, we called your hotel and spoke to Jake. He handled everything for us in a courteous manner. He worked hard to ensure we had a pleasant stay. For exsmple, we requested extra linens, towels and washcloths. Jake perdonally brought them to our room. We love staying at your hotel and we slept well. Jake really made us feel welcomed. He is a true example of the type of exemplary customer service you want to deal with after a long 6 plus hour drive. Thank you Jake and thank you Courtyard.

My partner and I, visited Burlington for a conference. Marcia, Star, Nikki, and Rashelle were all extremely pleasant during our stay. They were accommodating and provided excellent service during our stay. They exceeded our expectations and Courtyard Marriott is lucky to have them as employees.
