I have stayed here about 6 time (most recently last 2 nights). I like this hotel. It is a 5 minute walk to the Friday Center of UNC. The hotel is clean and has a nice lobby. Although I have never drank at the bar, or ordered from the "deli" there, folks seem to like it a lot. Check out is at 12pm. Rooms are very nice and up dated. Suggestion? Put better coffee in the rooms! Terrible :(

Clean hotel affordably priced with convenient bistro serving all meals, and Starbucks coffee. Nice selection of breakfast sandwiches and hot cereal for breakfast and nice dinner menu as well. The crispy brussel sprouts were quite good. Great service at the Bistro as well. Mila is the best!

Nicest one I have ever been too!! But why don't they give you breakfast like the others. I just feel like Marriott has to bleed you for every penny. This was a super nice hotel with super friendly staff. Parking lot spaces were tiny. I had to move my car 3 times to find a spot that I could get in and out of!

Had a recent conference at the Friday Center, and could not have had better accommodations! Fantastic sleep on mattresses and pillows, recently renovated, and could not say how great the staff was from check in to check out!

This Courtyard is sooooo clean and in such a safe, quiet, perfect location. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable- we've stayed here 5 times and never have had anything less than a perfect stay. (Not even a stray hair in the bathroom!) If you go left out of the Courtyard, you can be at UNC in 3 minutes. If you go straight out of the Courtyard you are at an outstanding HT Plaza with a great breakfast bakery, a Starbucks, and a few lunch places. If you go right 1 mile, you hit the best restaurant in town- Nantucket!! This Courtyard by Marriott is one of the nicest I have ever stayed in and it's not even new.
