Poor Management, No safe, No Brewed coffee in the lobby
skiqueen500on 18/11/2017 21:11A word for the wise, Take everything valuable with you each time you leave the room.Check in was fine but it ended there. I had to check out one day early due to family illness. By late afternoon, my room had NOT been cleaned. I was told I missed the deadline to check out early. I was told they had "ALREADY CLEANED" my room per the front desk clerk who searched the computer prior to making this statement.. I was missing a small bright orange box of jewelry that had been in my bathroom but I thought I must have packed it. When I returned home, it was not there. I called and requested a manager call back. Tyler Green called me back. She claimed that no one had entered my room so nothing could have been taken. This directly contradicted the front desk personnel during my check out. Tyler would not so much as do a lost and found report. MARRIOTT NEEDS TO TRAIN THEIR MANAGERS. I plan to request that our family business stop using Marriott hotels.

Jonathon Ton 02/10/2017 19:43We were only here for one night but I wish all of the hotels on our trip were like this one. Great rooms. Great customer service. Great location. Loved the breakfast. Will definitely be staying here again if I am ever in the area again.

november_moonon 26/09/2017 21:15My husband and I needed to stay overnight in Chico, and this hotel was perfect. It is exactly what I expect from a Courtyard - clean, comfortable, well-maintained, good customer service, reasonable rates. The location is convenient to the highway and not terribly far from downtown. There is also a shopping center near by and it is pretty close to Sierra Nevada Brewing. We arrived in Chico earlier than expected and were even able to check in a few hours early, which was very nice. I really appreciated the flexibility of the hotel staff.

Steven Hon 25/08/2017 03:48One of the newly designed Courtyards - very stylish, premium mattresses and nice towels. Overall a better Courtyard than what you may expect or have experienced in the past. Very quite rooms! Even though it's currently #3, it's better than the other 2 in Chico.
Great location and clean hotel
KristineH622on 18/08/2017 19:30Spent just one night here - great amenities and the room was modern and situated well! Right off the freeway with plenty of places to eat and shop a short drive away. Not far from the university or downtown either.
