Lovely updated entrance and lobby area. Modern eatery in lobby. Paul Mitchell shampoo and lotion In rooms. Friendly staff at check in. The most comfortable beds! As soon as you sit or lay down on them you can tell how well you are about to sleep!

I visit this area about one week per month. I have tried all the hotels in the Harvard-Chagrin exits. Last week was my first stay at the Courtyard and I had a great stay. The employees were very, very friendly. Although not large as some reviewers have pointed out, I found they gym fine for my use. I went twice and was the only person in there at those times. I found the housekeeping superior to the other hotels nearby. I did notice like another reviewer said, an ongoing fan in the bathroom, but it didn't bother me at all, in fact I sleep with a white noise app so the extra fan noise was a bonus. Solid choice for those traveling to the area.

First time staying at the Courtyard Cleveland and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The general manager went out of her way multiple times to greet me and chat with me in the lobby and made me feel very welcomed. Definitely would recommend staying here for any type of travel.

I've been to many hotels and found this one to be very clean with a great staff and management. It is also in a great location for restaurant s and shopping. I highly recommend this hotel especially to those that have high expectations to service.

I am a frequent business traveler and I also make Beachwood Courtyard my first choice to stay. From the moment I walk in the front desk is always pleasant and accommodating. The overnight attendant also has my coffee ready at 5 am and it truly makes my trip more tolerable I can't say enough about the Bistro Cafe girls. Michelle always makes a point to say "hello and welcome back". She remembers my orders and helps me with special requests. Jaleesa and Dessiah also has gone above and beyond when i ask for anything. I will continue to choose Beachwood Courtyard.
