Terrific accommodations and value for this location. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful. The room was spectacular for the $89 per night rate. I would definitely stay here again anytime.

During a recent difficult trip to Dallas, we stayed at the Dallas Northwest Marriott. Jackie at the Front Desk and general manager Alex, made a difficult trip tolerable by providing above and beyond customer service. They were helpful and friendly and went very much out of their way to give us a positive experience. Thank you Alex and Jackie.

We had the best stay, plus the people could not have been any nicer!!!
Jackie and Alexandra, went out of their way to help us and make sure we were well taken care of.
Esau, go see him at the bar/food court for excellent service and a big smile.

Jackie checked us in and she was the best! We had a tennis team with 7 rooms reserved. Rates were not all the same due to being booked at different times. Jackie enlisted the help of Alexandra and they got all of our rooms to the same rate and located together. They went above and beyond to accomodate us, even offering to open the restaurant before schedule to prepare us an early dinner. Esau worked the bar/restaurant and was amazing to make sure we had everything we needed. Seemed like he was there 24/7!! Cannot say enough about the staff at this hotel, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Jackie, Alexandra and Esau....you rock!!

Booked the Courtyard Marriott in NW Dallas and met Jackie. Let me say this....she has the best customer service. She is friendly, funny, and makes your stay even better. The hotel rooms have been remodeled and is very nice and clean. The beds are so comfortable. I will definitely stay there again without a doubt.
