Very nice stay... 3 Rooms...
jeffK2642SFon 20/09/2017 19:19My son and I, coming from Arkansas, met up with my mom, aunts, and uncle, coming from West Virginia, in Beavercreek. Reserved three rooms, and one of them had to be handicap accessible for my uncle. I arrived about 2:30pm to make sure our reservations were ready --- and of course they were.
The lady at the front desk was really nice. She moved our rooms on the third floor next to each other, and the handicap room on the first floor was right around the corner from the elevator.
Rooms were really clean! My football player son was able to keep up with his workout. Everyone was happy with our stay!!!
Great Location
JimTheMilleron 09/09/2017 03:06Very close to WPAFB, but I stay here where ever I am visiting in the Dayton area. Located in a mall parking lot; shopping, food, and cigars are conveniently located nearby. The staff is very friendly, and this is a newer/updated property. I've stayed here twice, and I will do so again when I am back in the area!

Maureen Von 29/07/2017 21:30This hotel, the entire area seems new. Everything was clean. Courtyards are always delightful, and this was no exception. (although the beds were excessively firm). Located near tons of restaurants and shopping. After a long day at the nearby Air Force Museum, this was delightful. Very friendly staff.
Typical Courtyard, Nice Stay
Dave Son 24/07/2017 23:04We stayed one night passing through Dayton. The hotel was nice and our room was good. The kids enjoyed the pool and it is very close to a variety of food offerings. I do wish Courtyard had a free breakfast like Fairfield and Hampton. It is located in a nicer, but commercial part of town. The roads in Dayton are very confusing so it was easy to get turned around. I would definitely stay again.
One night Stay
Joanna Bon 19/06/2017 19:09We stayed here for one night only. The hotel was completely sold out and we got upgrade which was great. Except our room smelled like mildew and the carpet was kinda wet. I am not sure what happen prior to our visit in this room. It was a shame it would have been a great stay.
