1st time to Denver - rode the RTD from the airport to Union Station ($9/each) Short walk to the Courtyard. Lovely hotel as we had a corner unit - high ceilings large windows. Free bus rides along the 16th street route to enjoy shops and eateries. A restaurant is attached for breakfast and happy hour good specials but there are many places to choose from.

I always enjoy staying at the Courtyard. The front desk is friendly and personable, rooms are clean, and the location can't be beat. I was seeing a concert at the Pepsi Center and it was a pretty easy mall ride and walk away. Room was very quiet - slept like a baby. Highly recommend!

Nice quiet hotel located in the heart of downtown Denver on pedestrian mall. Walking distance to Coors Field, Union Station and many restaurants. Also convenient (and cheap) to and from the airport via the light rail line. Light rail from the airport stops at Union Station which is just a few blocks from the hotel. It is either an easy walk from the station, a very short cab ride, or there is a free bus which goes from Union Station past the hotel as it runs the length of the pedestrian mall (they run every few minutes).
The hotel is comfortable, clean and well appointed. Comfortable beds. There is a restaurant in the hotel, but I didn't eat there so I have no comment. This hotel used to be a department store, so the layout is more interesting than most Courtyards, but the location is the real reason to stay here. Would be 4 stars in a lesser location.

Easy check-in, incredible location and courteous staff! I chose this location for the distance to Coors Field and being able to walk everywhere else we wanted to go. It worked perfectly.
An incredible number of choices for places to eat, things to do and only a few minutes to walk to the baseball field.
The room was clean and quiet which was great to have after being out all day. Comfortable beds and friendly staff just add to the whole experience.

This Marriott Courtyard is in a great downtown location walking distance to dining, shopping, and theatres. It is definitely worth the suite upgrade to get a corner room with awesome views. Cheaper parking is located across the street, so look for public parking and avoid the hotel high rate. No hot tub is always a downer for me, but overall the facility and staff were excellent
