Keatha Bon 08/11/2017 21:38We booked the Courtyard because it was close to the airport and also provided a shuttle service to the airport. Our son had an early morning departure which made it convenient for us. Our room was fine for a one night visit and the beds were quite comfortable. The room was clean. However we had no heat. All we got was cold air blowing on us and so we turned it off. Unfortunately the room became quite stuffy making it hard for sleeping. We liked the fact that there were some good restaurants nearby and had a good dinner at Turtle Jack's. We thought that we would have breakfast at the hotel but when we saw the prices we decided to book out and head for home.In my opinion we found that the cost of one night was a little high but I guess we were paying for the convenience of being close to the airport. Ok hotel for a one night visit.
Clean and quiet rooms but don't eat there
Canmoretravelbugson 07/11/2017 18:24Good location for a stay prior to going to the airport for an early morning flight. Service was very pleasant and attentive. Rooms clean and bathrooms sparkling. The restaurant was disappointing - it was almost like a breakfast bar masquerading as a restaurant. Choices were uninviting and the food was mediocre. No dessert available so I went to the snacks for purchase area of the hotel and an ice cream bar was $8 - really???? Hotel part good - restaurant not so good.
clean, quiet and comfortable
asc1291on 01/11/2017 13:05The Courtyard Marriott was our stop for a wedding in Ancaster. The check in process was quick and pleasant. Our room was very clean and quiet along with a wonderful bed. Because the hotel is set back from the road,it is very quiet. Front desk staff was always helpful and knowledgable.
Excellent hotel

The check-in process was efficient and the room was clean and very well appointed. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the wifi was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel.

bcreffon 23/10/2017 03:39We stayed here because we were traveling with our daughter and son in law. Our son in law's mother works for Marriott and we had a Marriott Explore Program Authorization Form which wasn't accepted. Nothing bad, but nothing great either! Family members liked the pool.
