This is a comfortable and friendly
Place to stay. Beds are very nice.
They have an indoor pool,fitness
Ctr. And a Sauna that works.
Close to Rte. 91 for easy access
And other restaurants and stores
Close by.

Was here with a group of friends to celebrate our 45th HS Reunion. The hotel is conveniently located right off the highway with restaurants and shopping close by. While a bit older looking from the outside, the inside of the hotel has been kept up to date. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms are nicely accommodated. We held our reunion in one of their banquet rooms and was pleased. The food was excellent and the Chef even accommodated one of my friends by preparing "clean" food for her strict diet. All in all an excellent experience.

The Courtyard by Marriott Cromwell was amazing. Everyone...ALL staff...were helpful,courteous, and professional. They helped to make a slightly frenzied mother of the bride (me) feel much more at ease the day before my daughter's wedding. We had a post wedding party and it was also awesome. They even made sure my daughter's post wedding party was only attended by her wedding guests. My wedding guests were thrilled with their rooms and one even commented on the superior housekeeping staff (they had to deal with a basket of dirty diapers). I will gladly recommend The Courtyard by Marriott Cromwell for all of your hospitality needs.

This is my home away from home while working and can't say enough about the value for the service and amenities. The staff is great, the hotel is clean and it's great to have basic services - like food and drink, at the hotel for those times when you don't want to go out. Compared to other hotels in the area this is the best value:feature option.

We had a family event in nearby Middletown so we decided to stay here for the weekend. Check-in went ok. Nothing beyond. As a Silver member usually you are thanked for being a silver and welcomed to the hotel. We got a " Hi checking in? Last name? Oh your using points. You need to give me a credit card. Very non welcoming feeling.
Anyway the room was great and the pool was very refreshing. We never got to use the Bistro but there was always people in there so it seemed enjoyable. The location is perfect off the highway and located behind a Chili's with many others scattered around.
Other employees I came in contact with were very personable. With everything involved we would most likely stay again. Hoping that being met at check-in with more of a guest satisfaction feel.
