Standard Courtyard experience. Clean and courteous. Also it offers free shuttle drop off TO the airport (no airport pickup though).
Just one warning: free shuttle to Mandalay Bay is little undependable especially during the morning hours when all the conference guests are try to get to The Strip.
Also it DOES takes at least 20 minutes to walk to MB - it looks close on the map, but it is a little bit of a walk...

Stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Las Vegas. Check in was top notch with Brooklyn at the front desk. She is a great asset to the team. I was able to check in at 1pm since the room was ready.
Room was great. We had two great queen sized beds overlooking the pool.
Bistro was great. We ate there everyday and drank coffee as well.
Now the downside, I am a very relaxed person and do not like to ever complain but Rosa at the front desk should not be working in customer service.
While I was sitting in the lobby waiting for strip shuttle one evening, she was handing out mini water bottles to other guests that were sitting around the business center and communal table in the lobby that were on there laptops and in business attires. She looked right at me and my family and a few others in regular attire and did not even smile and even say hello nor did we get any bottled water.
Now the even more frustrating, when i was checking out Rosa was the front desk again and I told her I wanted to split my bill into two credit cards because my friend and I were splitting the room. So the first thing out of her mouth was that "We already charged everything at check in" so I explained to her that I have never had an issue doing that before and she continues to make up excuses so she would discourage me from using two cards because she didn't feel like doing her job.
I already told her I knew the card on file took a few days for the authorization to get released.
So she finally did it. We gave her our cards and she gives us the cards back and she is looking at us like "What else do you want" and I asked for a copy of the receipt.
She's like your gonna have to give me a minute.
In my head I was like really it's not that hard. Fosse is a very user friendly system and she knew what she was doing she was just being lazy and not wanting to do her job.
So after checking out we went to grab some coffee at the bistro again and was told there micros system was down and they could not take cash nor credit cards and we had to bill it to the room after I had checked out.
So I had to tell Rosa when leaving that I had charged some coffees to the room but she can leave the coffees on my visa that I had given her for half the charges.
So what does she do?!! After I leave she voids off both charges from both credit cards that were evenly split instead of charging the coffees to my visa like I had asked her too. So when she voided off both charges, she charged the coffees and the entire amount to my friends discover card and I had to transfer funds to my friend after we got home all because of one associate who did not want to do her job.
I have a copy of the receipts she gave me at checkout and the receipt I got in my email to prove the errors she committed.
Also something interesting is that the bartender that worked at night would stayover and sleep in the lobby of the hotel. When we went down to print our boarding pass all the lights were off and he was with his feet up in the bar area taking a nap. Will post pictures as well.
Overall, This is a great hotel off the strip and had a cozy atmosphere but because of Rosa at the front desk I would probably not stay again.

I stayed in a king suite my room was clean and roomy. There is a sofa bed that sleeps one in the living area. There is also another pullout sofa in the bedroom that is the same size. The king suite is nice and spacious. The girls at the front desk were friendly and helpful. I ordered dinner at the bistro in the lobby and the food was pleasantly delishes. We took our food to go because there was a group of men at the bar being to loud. I was hoping staff would have asked them to keep it down for the comfort of other guest. Other then that I enjoyed my stay and will be back for another stay.

Based on other reviews I was expecting a lot from this property. I'll preface this by saying that I stay at Courtyards between 60 and 80 nights per year, so I've come to expect a consistent level of quality.
When I arrived, neither my preferred room type or location were available - not what I typically experience as a Platinum member. I ended-up being assigned to an accessible room next to the side entrance. That entitled us to a room-shaking bang every time someone entered or exited via that door. Not fun.
The shuttle serves several hotels, and if it's full when it gets t the Courtyard, you wait for the next one. Well, we ended-up having to wait for the "next shuttle" twice - also not what I expected.
Finally, the front desk staff said the right things, but nothing seemed genuine. Hospitality can't be faked, and these folks were definitely saying what they were told to say and not much more.
In all, with all of the hotel choices in Vegas, I'll absolutely try another property when I return.

This hotel is a great option if you do not want to be on strip and pay the resort fees. The hotel will shuttle you to Mandalay Bay and Aria. We have stayed on the strip and at times the crowds get tiring. We read reviews on airport noise. We did not hear any airport noise. The rooms are nicely remodeled. We definitely will return to this hotel.
Give this hotel a try. You will not be disappointed...
