Never stay here! Had a reservation for my daughters dance competition at this hotel. Upon arrival, I was told that they had my reservation but "their machine" would not accept my visa-debit card. Concerned that there was an issue with my card, I used it at the lobby ATM. Card worked fine. Marriott supervisor told me that they could not manually enter the card numbers and told me I could not pay cash for the room, even if I covered the "incidentals" deposit. Staff was very unhelpful and indifferent to my situation. The Supervisor told me that I would not be charged for the room and that there was nothing he could do for me because it was "Their Machine" that wouldn't take my card. After his sorry, good-bye, I went to a hotel around the corner and was able to get a room in time for my daughters competition. Upon arriving at home, I found that the Marriott Long Beach had manually entered my card number and charged me for the room. Thanks Marriott!

This hotel is comfortable and like most any other courtyard once you get inside. In the parking lot though you have a few good food options. I especially like California Fish Grill for their Chimmichurri chicken bowl. There is also a Flam Broiler, Jersey Mike’s, the habit, and Starbucks as well.

Chose this hotel for proximity to the airport and that they offered a shuttle service. We arrived at the Long Beach Airport and contacted the hotel for shuttle pick up. It was 10:10 PM and was told that the shuttle service has stopped for the evening. As we were waiting on our Uber, I notice the other hotels in the area were still running shuttles. Will use one of those hotels in the future. Outside of the additional cost and inconvenience for the Uber, the stay was ok. The staff did a fine job and the rooms were clean and comfortable. There are several restaurants within walking distance which includes a Starbuck's.

No free breakfast, and wi-fi weak, but it’s an excellent hotel. Fresh, new clean, across the street from the LB Airport and close to freeways
Poor edition of a Starbucks in lobby, a better one across the parking lot. Also good selection of other restaurants

Hotel is conveniently close to Long Beach airport with a good business center. There were outside and indoor lounge areas that were well maintained and nicely decorated. The public bathrooms were continuously cleaned and stocked with supplies. Across the entrance of the hotel are at least 4-5 different restaurants for a quick lunch. The entire hotel is well maintained and the staff acted polite and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to come back.
