I stayed here for 2 nights in a Queen/Queen room. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom sink is located outside of the bathroom. It's a small area and can feel cramped. The air conditioning didn't hold a steady temperature so I had to keep adjusting the thermostat. The room would get very warm then the a/c would turn on and get very cold. Other than that the room had no other issues. Parking is free and easy. The hotel is conveniently located next to a shopping plaza.

After a long day I returned to my room which had not been cleaned. When I asked for help from the front desk. I was treated very poorly, and still not provided the house keeping I asked for.
I don’t understand why they were so disrespectful to a customer.
Don’t stay here if you want friendly customer service or a clean room.

Hotel is clean and well located. Plenty of hot water for the shower. I was on the 3rd floor and there was some noise when the plumbing was used above me.
Pool and hot tub are clean and attractive and not crowded when I wanted to use them. Gym was empty both times I used it.
In a large power shopping center with many dinner choices within walking distance.
My go to place when I’m in Burbank. Will be much more convenient when they finish the I5 interchange nearby.

Very Modern Hotel. Very spacious modern rooms. Very Clean very and very friendly staff. It was so nice, I wish I was able to stay a few nights at this hotel. It was just a great hotel to stay. Staff was very very helpful.

We spent a week during a recent visit to BUR.
Staff is friendly, rooms are up to date and clean.
Beds are super comfortable.
It is nice and quiet.
We really had a hard time finding anything wrong with this location.... and we came up with the switch for the shower light being in a strange location.
Next time in BUR we are staying at the Courtyard again.
There is construction going on in the area, but that isn't the Courtyards fault.
